Tributes Continue for Rob and Michele Reiner as Autopsy Reports Are Sealed.

More than two weeks after the tragic deaths of esteemed film director Rob Reiner and his partner, photographer Michele Reiner, the entertainment community continue to honor the couple.

Quoting a Classic: Cary Elwes Pays Tribute to His Director

Posting on Instagram, actor Cary Elwes, who was featured in Reiner's iconic movie *The Princess Bride*, stated he just recently felt able to share openly about his deep grief.

"Adequate time has passed that I can finally articulate my loss into words," shared Elwes, adding that his introductory moment with Reiner made him fall in love. "As we began spending more time together I understood this was someone I longed to have in my life."

The actor posted behind-the-scenes footage from the production, remarking that he cannot recall "one day without joy".

"This story is about devotion, fidelity and selflessness. Principles that Rob valued immensely. That is part of the many reasons he was the perfect person to guide it," Elwes wrote.

He also paid tribute Michele Reiner, saying: "To say that they were a formidable pair would be an oversimplification. My heart still hurts every time I think of you." He ended with a phrase from *The Princess Bride*: "Sure, death cannot stop true love but life is pain without you."

Martin Scorsese Recalls a Fellow Artist

In a distinct piece, revered director Martin Scorsese shared memories of Reiner, whom he first met in the 1970s.

"Immediately, I loved being with Rob. We had a instant connection for each other. He was hilarious and sometimes sharply witty, but he was never the kind of guy who would command the room," Scorsese shared.

Scorsese highlighted Reiner's cameo appearance in his 2013 film *The Wolf of Wall Street*, playing the father of the protagonist.

"He was skilled at improv with the best. He was a virtuoso at comedy, he worked beautifully with everyone, and he grasped the personal struggle of his character," Scorsese wrote.

Judicial Actions: Autopsy Reports Sealed

Recently, a Los Angeles superior court judge ruled to bar the publication of the Reiners' post-mortem findings, after an appeal from the Los Angeles Police Department.

A court order placed a security hold on the files to limit the public release of "related notes, documents, files or images" pertaining to the active case.

The relevant authority had earlier stated their deaths were the outcome of foul play, with a official listing noting the cause as "multiple sharp force injuries".

Response and Criticism

In the wake of the killings, public individuals shared varying responses.

Ex-President Donald Trump posted on the matter, providing controversial remarks that were widely condemned by several public figures.

Podcaster Joe Rogan contributed his criticism to the critics last week. Talking on his show, Rogan labeled the comments as "disturbing" and implied they revealed a worrisome deficiency of sympathy.

Rogan concluded by remarking that an associate ought to have stepped in when the choice to comment on the death was made.
